The attacker named Ayman Mohamed Ghazali, a Lebanese national who was naturalized as an American citizen in 2016. He was killed. A security guard was hit by the car. Local police say they're not sure if this was an act of terrorism, though the feds are investigating that as a very, very strong possibility.

Ghazali came to the US in 2011 on an immediate relative visa as the spouse of a US Citizen. According to the Department of Homeland Security, none of the synagogue staff, teachers or the 140 children in its early childhood center were injured. The FBI investigating a deadly shooting Thursday at Old Dominion University in Virginia as active terrorism. The shooter has been identified as Mohammed Baylor Jalo. FBI Norfolk Special Agent in charge Dominique Evans says Jalo pleaded guilty in 2016 to try to help ISIS. She says he shot three people at the university, killing one before ROTC students subdued and killed him. U.S. central Command says an Air Force refueling plane crash Thursday in Iraq and the fate of the crew not immediately known.

Centcom says a KC135 refueling aircraft was lost over Iraq in friendly airspace during Operation Epic Fury. Rescue efforts are ongoing. There were two aircraft involved in this incident. One of them went down, the other landed safely. According to centcom, the military says the cause was not for friendly or hostile fire.

Israel is having to fight on another front as the war continues and Hezbollah attacks from Lebanon, Iran's largest proxy in the region.

Hezbollah got more directly involved in this war overnight. According to an IDF official, more than 100 rockets were fired over the border into northern Israel in a period of less than an hour. There were also a number of drones launched as well, much of this incoming fire intercepted by Israel's Iron Dome. The ISRA quickly striking back, hitting the Dacha neighborhood of southern Beirut as well as a number of other launching positions across the country of Lebanon.

And a GameStop store in New York City attempting to break a world record on Mario Day, 270 people in Mario costumes gathered at the Union Square location to celebrate the Nintendo characters holiday that occurs on March 10, which appears as Mario. Each participant awarded a $5 GameStop credit and the best dressed Mario, Ross Martinez won a Nintendo Switch 2 console.
