It's not known when it will resume, but two judges ruled this week that the White House must fund it through emergency money. The White House is asking for clarification on how to fund the program legally. Well, the FBI investigating what it calls is an intentional explosion earlier on Saturday inside a building at Harvard University.

The explosion took place on Harvard's Longwood Medical Campus, which is actually located across the Charles river from the main campus. Just before 3am University Police dispatched an officer to the Goldinson building to investigate a fire. Fire alarm activation. The officer saw two people fleeing the building but was unable to stop them. Investigators believe a single device was involved. They searched the building. They found no additional explosives and fortunately no injuries are reported.

Most Americans will gain an extra hour of sleep on Sunday when clocks jump from 2am back to 1am the long running practice of jumping forward in the spring and back in the fall aims to help folks best use available sunlight. But but Hawaii and most of Arizona do not participate in it. And while a number of states have moved to get rid of it entirely, they'll need to wait for Congress to pass a bill to do so. Earlier this week, the Senate briefly took up a long stalled measure to make daylight saving time permanent and end the twice a year clock changes. But it failed to reach consensus.
