The 27 year old, who was charged with murder with a gun enhancement, is being held without bail in Alameda County Jail. Prosecutors say he shot John Beam at Leaney College last week. The athletic director and retired football coach featured in the popular Netflix docu series Last chance you was 66 years old. Oakland police revealing Irving was not working at or enrolled at the school but was known to loiter on or near the campus, also saying he and Beam knew each other but did not have a close relationship. Zelenskyy will travel to Turkey this week in an attempt to jumpstart negotiations on ending Russia's full scale invasion. The Kremlin says Russia would not be sending anyone. It's not clear if there would be U.S. participation in the talks. A top Turkish spokesman said the talks will center on how establish a ceasefire and a lasting settlement. I'm Ted Lindner.
