President Trump says that suspected shooter is also in serious condition. President Trump says his team is looking into whether to deport that suspected shooter's family. Meantime, the U.S. citizenship and Immigration Services director says he has directed a full scale reexamination of quote, every green card for every alien from every country of concern. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth celebrating Thanksgiving in the Caribbean with US Troops in a video posted on X Hegseth also acknowledging the two National Guard officers who were shot. Yeah, we're prayerful, but we're also increasing our resolve just like they are that we will keep the Capitol safe and secure the American people. The US has expanded its military presence in the Caribbean to try and curb drug trafficking amid growing tensions with Venezuela.
