Democrats and Republicans have spoken out against the tanker seizures and boat strikes. Senator Lindsey Graham said he was in favor of regime change or ousting Venezuela's president. Gas prices fell 9 cents over the last two weeks to a new national average of $2.99 a gallon for regular. And according to Trilby Lumberg of the Lumberg survey, she says the price decreases due to weak demand.

Now Lundberg says gas prices have dropped 17 cents over the last month. The current price 13 cents lower than one year ago. Australian police say the man accused in the Bondi beach massacre in Sydney, December 14 motivated by Islamist extremist ideology. Police say 24 year old Navid Akram and his father conducted firearms training in New South Wales outside Sydney prior to the attack and that the father and son also recorded a video justifying the attack. Akram is charged with 59 offenses, including 15 murder counts and one committing a terrorist attack. At least 16 people have been killed in a passenger bus crash in Indonesia. This happened on the main island of Java. US And Russia negotiators meeting in Miami, Florida this week to continue discussions towards ending the war in Ukraine. South Carolina Republican Senator Lindsey Graham with a warning for President Putin on NBC's Meet the Press vowing Congress will sign a bill to increase sanctions on Russia.

Putin's going to continue to take the Donbas by force until we increase pressure. So here's what I think. We're going to be loosey with the football if we don't watch it. We keep engaging Russia, we keep engaging trying to lure Putin to the peace table and he rebuffs all of our efforts.
