Targeting isis. I'm Deborah Valentine, FOX News. The United States launches a military strike on ISIS targets in Nigeria.
Madison Scarpino
President Trump says that strike was deadly and he says it's because they've been targeting and viciously killing primarily Christians. Now, he just made the announcement on Truth Social saying in part, quote, I have previously warned these terrorists that if they did not stop the slaughtering of Christians, there would be hell to pay. And tonight there was. The Department of War executed numerous perfect strikes as old the United States is capable of doing under my leadership. Our country will not allow radical Islamic terrorism to prosper. May God bless our military and Merry Christmas to all, including the dead terrorists, of which there will be many more if their slaughter of Christians continues.

If you could stop somebody from breaking in before they got inside, why wouldn't you? Most old school systems go off after someone's already in your place. That's too late. Simplisafe is different. It's proactive with a double layer of defense that stops crime before they start. First, AI powered cameras spot potential threats outside. Then live agents step in, talking to the person through the camera, letting them know they're on video. And police will be dispatched if they don't leave. They can even trigger a loud siren or spotlight. That's how you help stop a crime before it starts. Plus, there's no contracts. And Simplisafe was just named the best home security of 2025 by U.S. news & World Report. It's also the best time to buy Simplisafe's last chance. Black Friday sale 50% off any new system. SimpliSafe. In the mid decade redistricting wars, Democrats in Missouri are fighting back. Fox's Jessica Rosenthal has details so.
Jessica Rosenthal
Far. In redistricting, Republicans are banking on nine new GOP leaning seats ahead of midterms next year, five in Texas, one in North Carolina, two in Ohio, and one in Missouri. But the ACLU in Missouri is now challenging the GOP effort to carve up Kansas City in court. They say 300,000 signatures protesting the change is sufficient to force the issue onto a ballot before voters. But the Missouri Republican attorney general says the redrawn districts will remain in effect until the Republican secretary of state validates the signatures. And that can take time even beyond the candidate filing period, which goes from February 24th through the end of March. Jessica Rosenthal, Fox.

Protesters. The president called Chicago a mess and said he would solve the crime problem fast, arguing the deployment was necessary in order to crack down on crime and protect residents and federal ICE officers. Well, Trump has relied on a law that let the president deploy state National Guard troops to, quote, suppress a rebellion, repel an invasion, or if he is unable with the regular forces to execute the laws of the United. Well, the court argued because Trump had not first legally deployed regular military to support law enforcement, he had no basis to deploy the.
