This after a four month military operation blowing up boats said to be trafficking illegal drugs off Venezuela's coast, killing more than 100 alleged smugglers. The US also seized oil tankers. As for who will lead Venezuela now, the president says we're going to be.

We're also hearing from US Advers to include Russia. Its Ministry of Foreign affairs writing in part on X, the pretexts used to justify these actions are untenable. Russia reaffirms its solidarity with the Venezuelan people, but also voices of support. Argentina's president, a strong ally of President Trump, wrote, freedom advances. Long live freedom.
