Another big one. I'm Paul Stevens, FOX News A major nor' easter crushing the Carolinas and parts of Virginia with heavy snow and dangerously cold temperatures as well. FOX Weather's Mike Seidel in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina.
Mike Seidel (0:16)
The wind gusting over 40 miles an hour picking up the powdery snow. Temperatures at that point were about 22 degrees. So it just blows it around, drifts it around. By the way, most of the cars in the parking lot just scrape some ice and snow off the windshield. You don't have to get the snow brush out because it all blew off the cars. A lot of it blew off the highways. So getting around today is not too bad. Although the roads are snow packed and snow covered in bitter cold, wind chill is now down to six above zero. We've got that extreme cold warning through tomorrow morning, Monday morning. Tomorrow afternoon will get above freezing for a few hours by a few degrees and the winds will start to slow down and back off.

The Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group is now in CENTCOM waters in the Arabian Sea. The US Also continues to move aircraft and refueling planes to the region in places like Jordan and Oman. As President Trump was asked about the possibility of military action, I certainly can't tell you that.
Paul Stevens (1:22)
But we do have very big, powerful ships heading in that direction.
Mike Seidel (1:29)
I can't tell you. I hope they negotiate something that's acceptable.
