Following a lengthy discussion with prosecutors and defense lawyers, Judge Gregory Caro set Luigi Mangione's New York state murder trial for June 8. Mangione's lawyers objected to the June date, telling the judge that at that time they'll be consumed with preparing for Mangione's federal trial, which is set to start on September 8th.
