The Whitehall, Ohio, City Council votes 5 to 1 to expel Gerald Dixon. But it had to be unanimous, and one member said he felt the process was being rushed. So Dixon keeps his seat. He was arrested last week charged with felony gross sexual imposition and felony prostitution of a minor. There could be more charges coming. At least eight victims have come forward. The police chief says cases could go back nearly 30 years. Dixon was at the meeting but didn't get a vote on whether he would keep his seat. He denies the accusations and says no to demands he stepped down. He was first elected to the council in 2021. Police say they found journals where Dixon wrote about struggling with a sexual attraction toward pubescent boys. Chris Foster, FOX News.

Warner Brothers discovery is telling shareholders to reject an unsolicited takeover bid from Paramount Skydance, saying an offer from Netflix would be better for them and for customers. In a letter to shareholders today, Warner's board calls Paramount's inferior, adding that it carries significant risks and costs, in large part because it relies heavily on borrowed money.
