Nick Reiner, the son of director Rob Reiner charged with killing both of his parents, just making his first court appearance wearing a suicide prevention vest. The judge blocking the media from filming him at the request of defense attorney Alan Jackson, who also requested that the arraignment be pushed to January 7. The judge also granting that after asking Reiner if he was agreeing to waive his right to a speedy arraignment. Jackson just telling reporters outside the courthouse there are serious issues associated with the case. Things need to be thoroughly but very carefully dealt with and examined and looked at and analyzed. He says the family deserves due process, not a rush to judgment. Reiner, who's 32, has a long history of addiction related struggles. He's charged with first degree murder and could face the death penalty if convicted. Police in Providence just confirming they're now looking for a second person in connection with the deadly mass shooting at Brown University. Releasing surveillance footage of this second person in proximity to a person of interest. Two students were killed, nine injured during a final exam review session over the weekend on Capitol Hill. Former special counsel Jack Smith, who led prosecutions of then candidate Trump, is behind closed doors with the House Judiciary Committee. His attorney Lanny Brewer telling reporters in.
