The nursing home is under new management and had a visit from the state health department just a few weeks ago. The blast happened as a utility crew arrived on site looking for a reported gas leak. People who live near the Bristol Health and rehab cent about 20 miles northeast of Philly say they heard a loud boom and watched a big plume of black smoke fill the sky. First responders say part of the building collapsed, leaving flames and rubble with some nursing home residents and staff trapped inside.

And at least two people were killed in the blast. Twenty were hospitalized. A Delaware state trooper is being held a hero after being killed in a shooting at a DMV office yesterday. Police say the suspect approached the trooper at a reception desk and opened fire. Even after being shot, the trooper pushed a worker to safety. Officers then shot in killed that suspect. Meanwhile, the Louvre museum in Paris is increasing security following a massive jewel heist in October. Fox's Stephanie Bennett reporting from London.

Yesterday the Louvre started setting up more of its security, including installing security bars on the balcony that those four burglars used to break in and steal eight pieces of the French crown jewels estimated to be worth $102 million. It all happened on October 19th in broad daylight. The suspects used a truck mounted with a ladder to access the Apollo Gallery where they broke a window and quickly cut into displ before fleeing on motorcycles. Four thieves were later caught, but the jewels still haven't been found. The museum says a new mobile police squad is also new, and that's at the roundabout in front of the iconic glass pyramid. And 100 more cameras will be added.

Fallout continues after CBS decided not to air a segment about the El Salvador terror confinement center known as C Cop Fox's Madison Scarpino has the latest.

CBS News editor in chief Bari Wise said part of the reason the segment was pulled was because the story didn't advance the ball. She said it wasn't ready. And as mentioned, she noted the Trump administration refused to comment on the story. But the New York Times is reporting that the White House did eventually respond to CBS saying In part, quote, 60 Minutes should spend their time and energy amplifying the stories of angel parents whose innocent American children have tragically been murdered by vicious illegal aliens that President Trump is removing from the country. The last minute decision not to air the segment created a lot of controversy.
