President Trump says they are closer to ending this years long war than ever. Both he and Zelinsky say that their meeting was excellent, but there are still some concerns.

Northeast are under a winter weather alert. Fox Weather's Katie Byrne has more from Syracuse, New York.

Syracuse is in the bullseye for the heaviest snow with this storm. We're still waiting for it to been tons of snow that they've picked up this season. They've already got crews actually trying to get ahead of this out and about trying to remove some of the snow that came down, really most of it on Friday we got some freezing rain here. But this has been an above average season for places like Syracuse and many other spots across the Northeast. They've already picked up more than four feet of snow here and this storm alone could bring another foot of snow or more to our west in places like Buffalo, Niagara Falls. Officials are actually urging people to get off the roads and that's because of near whiteout conditions.

Now the low pressure system originated in the Midwest and could bring a range of 5 to 8 inches of snow with rain and gusty winds. And a second pilot has died following a midair helicopter collision in New Jersey. That coming from police. I'm Gianna Jalosi.
