That is the word from Jeanine Pirro, who is the attorney for the District of Columbia. She is warning parents in Washington, including those from Maryland and Virginia in the metro area, that they could in fact base charges under federal statutes for contributing to the delinquency of minors if they don't rein in their kids, a charge, by the way, that could earn offenders up to six months behind bar.
