US Central Command in a statement said the strikes were, quote, measured, purely defensive and intended to maintain the ceasefire. Iranian state TV reporting. Also the details of a draft agreement which included the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, also the withdrawal of US Forces from the region. The White House quickly after that was reported branded the report as complete fabrication.

Fox's Ashley Webster, Meanwhile, an Iranian official says Tehran will not back down from its red lines in negotiations with the US Ibrahim Azizi posting on X that that includes the country's right to enrich uranium, maintain stockpiles of enriched uranium and control the Strait of Hormuz. Kuwait says it faced a missile and drone attack on Thursday. The military not providing any further details. President Trump is criticizing anti ICE protesters at a detention facility in New Jersey.

the Justice Department has reportedly launched a criminal investigation into E. Jean Carroll, the woman who accused President Trump of sexual assault. The New York Times reports the DOJ is investigating whether Carroll committed perjury while speaking at a deposition in her two civil lawsuits against him. Carroll won a $5 million civil judgment against Donald Trump in one case alleging he sexually abused and defamed her, and she also won more than 83 million in a judgment against him in another defamation case. There's been no comment from the Justice Department. Two people are now dead in the chemical tank explosion in Washington state.
