Strait of Hormuz was closed for a time Thursday after the Iranian drone attack. President Trump said the strait has since reopened traffic. Venezuela's health minister says at least 235 people are dead, 4300 injured in a pair of catastrophic earthquakes that rocked its capital city.

The US Military announced that it's surging forces in this region to assist in earthquake relief efforts which includes sending several ships and a C130 and C17 to the area to help US government personnel and search and rescue teams get around during this oper. And again, just a desperate race against the clock to find those survivors.

The US sending $150 million in aid and a 74 year old Florida man becoming the oldest person to be executed in the state. Dusty Ray Spencer convicted of fatally stabbing his wife Karen in 1992. Execution was a ninth in Florida this year after a record 19 last year. America is listening to FOX News.

Meantime, justices also decided that the administration can restart an asylum policy allowing Customs and Border Protection to turn away asylum seekers at the border. Both of those decisions were six. Three. Meantime, eight cases argued this term remain undecided, including a challenge to the president's executive order ending birthright citizenship.

The immigration detention center in the Florida swamps known as Alligator Alcatraz is closing after nearly a year. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said the facility fulfilled its mission.
