Mike Johnson
I think it's clearly an issue that merits the attention of Congress. I don't know what the remedy is, how to define it or the timeline. It would be premature for me to project that. But I will tell you that it's a big concern with the American people because it's been abused.
Jessica Rosenthal
The justices also ruled states can block transgender athletes from competing in girls and women's sports. They also ended caps on political party expenditures when coordinating with individual candidates, finding the limits violated the First Amendment. Jessica Rosenthal, FOX News.

Though it's unclear if federal legislation would pass a Supreme Court review. Five justices led by Chief Justice John Roberts concluded citizenship for any child born in the US is guaranteed by the Constitution's 14th Amendment. At the White House, Jared Halpern, FOX News.

primary night in Colorado. Democratic socialist Malay Kiros defeating Colorado Congresswoman Diane DeGette.
Political Analyst
It's a stunning victory for the first time candidate against a nearly 30 year incumbent. Kiros, a former corporate attorney, is the latest Democratic socialist or progressive candidate to boot, a Democratic incumbent this month. With the district covering the dark blue city of Denver, Quiros is expected to win in November and reach Congress in January. The new nominee joins two other Democratic socialists who prevailed against establishment backed candidates in New York City's House primaries last week.
