Two boats exploded on the Fourth of July in separate incidents in Georgia. A 23 foot cabin cruiser blew up on Lake Lanier injuring seven people while five of them were transported to a hospital. The victims, ages 5 to 45, are in stable condition from various degrees of burns. 100 miles to the southwest near the Alabama line, a boat carrying fireworks exploded on Lake Martin in injuring several people. Those fireworks reportedly exploded on the boat. Turbulence for a young American pilot who's been trying to make history.

And 19 year old Ethan Gwah has already landed in nearly 60 countries since the journey began in his hometown Memphis more than a year ago. But now he's facing a big delay. Prosecutors in Chile accusing him of submitting a false flight plan after he flew to Antarctica without authorization instead of taking a planned route over southern Chile. His attorney telling CNN Gua had complications. He was taken into custody by the Chilean navy after landing off of mainland Antarctica in the South Shetland Islands. British police say former Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey has been charged with five counts of rape and one count of sexual assault. The investigation was opened in February of 2022 with the five rape charges related to two different women. While Partey's lawyer told Britain's Press association he, quote, denies all the charges against him. Partey's contract with Arsenal expired at the end of last season and he is a free agent after joining the Premier league club in 2020. He's expected to appear in court on Tuesday, August 5th.
