The federal government is surging resources to central Texas as search and rescue teams race to find victims following severe flash flooding. Officials say at least 43 people, including 15 children were are confirmed dead. That number, though, is expected to rise. More than two dozen others are still missing, all of them from a girls summer camp in Kerr County. It's located about 100 miles west of Austin. The camp sits near the Guadalupe river, which rose more than 20ft in two hours overnight into Friday during torrential rains. Texas Governor Greg Abbott is vowing crews will search around the clock until every victim is found. Those efforts, though, could be hampered as more rain moves through the region. So far, officials say more than 850 people rescued, dozens still missing.

Tropical Storm Chantal is approaching the South Carolina coast, expected to make landfall Sunday morning. Fox Weather's Mike Sidel has more from Myrtle Beach.
Mike Sidel
It's a 45 mile an hour tropical storm, so on the low end of the scale, it may pick up a bit more steam before it makes landfall, expected sometime tomorrow morning, probably before sunrise. In this area north or to the right of where the center comes on shore, we're expecting as much as 3 to 5 inches of rain. In fact, the weather service has hoisted flood watches for several counties in South Carolina, including Myrtle beach in North Carolina, including Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. The big impact basically for most people will be the rain and the impact on the beach.

Weather, heavy surf and life threatening rip currents are also expected along the beaches in Chantelle's path. America's listening to FOX News.

Stephanie Bennett
The proposal as well as the 60 day ceasefire also includes the release of all the remaining hostages. Now it was presented by President Donald Trump who has been pushing this hard to make a deal ahead of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's visit to the White House next week. And this morning smoke was seen rising over Gaza. An Egyptian security official told Reuters that Egypt, who along with Qatar's mediating cease fire efforts, had seen Hamas's response and said it includes positive signs that an agreement is near. But there are some demands from Hamas that need to be worked on. Changes reportedly include issues around humanitarian aid, the status of the IDF inside Gaza and the language around guarantees beyond a 60 day cease fire.
