Israel alleging that there was an assassination plot from Iran against President Trump. Talks are expected next week. In Switzerland, eight people facing charges were allegedly planning an attack on last month's UFC event at the White House. The plot was thwarted before it could happen.

These eight men were indicted. They're from Ohio, West Virginia, Missouri, Nebraska, Washington state and California. The case is being run out of Columbus, Ohio. They are allegedly involved in two conspiracies. They include conspiracy to provide material support to Terrorists up to fish 15 years behind bars and conspiracy to commit murder on federal government officials, including the president, vice president and members of Congress, punishable by up to life in prison. The entire plot was discovered by authorities on June 10 after Tyson Proper's mother called police and said something was a little off with her son. Investigators tell FOX the alleged plan was to use drones with explosives to hit buildings near the event on the South Lawn.

attorneys for the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk challenge key pieces of evidence in the case as the preliminary hearing concludes. Fox's Claudia Cowan reports from Provo, Utah.

An ATF report could not positively link the bullet recovered from Charlie Kirk's autopsy to the rifle tied to Robinson but the prosecution countered the report was inconclusive because the bullet had broken into fragments. That wrapped up five days of testimony in Robinson's preliminary hearing. Looking ahead to next steps, both sides will need to submit briefs to Judge Tony Graff and then return to court for oral arguments on September 1. The delay is not sitting well with Erica Kirk, who's been in the courtroom every day. And in a new motion, the Kirk family is asking the judge to file his probable cause determination by September 1st. In Provo, Utah, Claudia Cowan, FOX News.

A migrant who is said to have been in the United States illegally was fatally shot by a federal law enforcement officer in Houston. Fox's Alicia Kunyan has the details.

DHS confirms ICE agents were not wearing body cameras when one of them shot and killed Lorenzo Salgado Arojo, who was from Mexico and in the US Illegally for more than three decades. DHS says on Tuesday, ICE attempted to stop Salgado Arojo's van as part of a targeted enforcement operation as agents in unmarked vehicles followed him. They say he tried to evade arrest. Quote, he rammed an ICE law enforcement vehicle, refused to follow multiple verbal commands and weaponized his vehicle in an attempt to run over an ICE law enforcement officer, resulting in our officer firing his weapon in self defense.
