Los Angeles police are investigating after a car plows through a crowd waiting to get into a nightclub. It happened early Saturday morning in East Hollywood. At least 30 people were hurt. Police say the driver, who was apparently intoxicated, was pulled out of the car and shot by a bystander.

Police say enraged bystanders pulled the driver from his vehicle and attacked him. Somebody shot the driver and remains at large. Police arrested the driver, 29 year old Fernando Ramirez. National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard released documents she claims show a conspiracy by Democrats to undermine President President Trump's first term. Fox's Roger Stern reports.

Fox at least 32 people killed in Gaza as Israeli troops fired at people apparently trying to get to a food distribution site.

The Gaza Humanitarian foundation, run by Israel in the US Says it's warned people not to approach food distribution sites before they open. But Israel's army says it fired warning shots Saturday at a group that approached troops guarding a site. They say the group ignored calls to keep their distance. Now witnesses and hospital officials say dozens of Palestinians were killed in the confrontation. The New York Times says many people walk to the sites early in a desperate effort to get something to eat. Food is scarce in Gaza and the handouts from the foundation often run out quickly. The Department of Homeland Security says agents arrested Jose Luis Mendoza Gonzalez at a market in Chicago and he remains in ICE custody. They say he is an undocumented immigrant from Mexico. Now you remember back in April, Mendoza Gonzalez was charged with concealing a corpse, abusing a corpse and obstruction of justice in the death of Megan Boss. Police in Waukegan found Boss's body in a container in Mendoza Gonzalez's yard. She'd initially been reported missing back in March.

At least 34 people, including children, are dead after a tourist boat carrying 53 people capsized in heavy rains during a sightseeing tour of Ha Long Bay in Vietnam.
