House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer sent a letter to the secretary saying the committee is reviewing possible mismanagement of the federal case. He set a deadline of September 15th to see those reports. Comers also issued deposition subpoenas to several former government officials, including former President Clinton and former Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who served under President Trump. A car crash in New Hampshire has left Rudy Giuliani with a fractured vertebra and other injuries. The former New York City mayor's vehicle was struck from behind Saturday evening. His head of security says the 81 year old was in a rental car when he was flagged down by a woman who was the victim of a domestic violence incident and that Giuliani contacted police on her behalf. One time Republican presidential candidate, dubbed America's Mayor after the 911 attacks, has had a few rocky years recently. While he was President Trump's personal attorney, he lost dozens of lawsuits claiming Mr. Trump actually beat Joe Biden in the 2020 election. Daria Olbinger, Fox News no charges filed.
