Tensions escalating in international waters. Fox News. I'm Sue Guzman. The Department of Defense says two Venezuelan Maduro regime military aircraft buzzed a US Naval vessel in international waters. The move comes after the US Military struck a drug boat off the coast of Venezuela. Department of Defense at the cartel running Venezuela strongly advised to not pursue any effort to to obstruct, deter or interfere with counternarcotics or counterterrorism operations carried out by the US Military. Meantime, President Trump's expected to sign an executive order Friday changing the name of the Department of Defense to the Department of War. DC's Attorney General is suing the White House. They say that D.C. has been illegally occupied with by the military, but the administration has gone ahead and extended the orders of the Guard troops here through the end of November. Separately, President Trump is still considering sending National Guard troops to Chicago against the wishes of J.B. pritzker.

A massive immigration raid halting construction Thursday at the Hyundai megasite battery plant in Bryant County, Georgia, just southwest of Savannah. The Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement joined by the FBI, DEA and ATF in arresting 450 workers for alleged visa violations and being in the country illegally. Department Department of Homeland Security says further details on this raid are expected to be announced later Friday. President Trump Thursday signing an executive order to formalize a trade deal with Japan announced earlier this summer. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick describing that agreement as historic Japan has a 15% tariff.

European leaders met privately with Zelensky in Paris and later called President Trump. Zelensky says the conversation focused on ways to put renewed pressure on Putin. President Trump has signaled he expects something to happen soon, but in an interview with CBS News said they're, quote, not ready yet. Meantime, a White House official telling Fox that President Trump made it clear to European leaders they must stop purchasing Russian oil that is funding the war and urged his European counterparts to put economic pressure on China for funding what he called Russia's war efforts.
