On Monday, Fox got an exclusive ride along with ICE's deputy director her agents apprehending a 43 year old illegal alien from Mexico convicted last year of sexually assaulting a child with force. He is facing a swift deportation. The operation was launched in honor of Katie Abraham, a young Chicago woman killed in January allegedly by an illegal alien from Guatemala accused of driving drunk. He is now awaiting trial. It doesn't have to be one extreme or the other and you don't go to your corners. If that's leadership, we have no leadership. Then Katie's father, heartbroken and angry at Illinois leaders refusing to work with the Trump administration.

Court has ruled Lisa Cook can remain a Federal Reserve governor for now as she fights President Trump's attempts to fire her. Lawyers for Cook had argued the president attempt to let her go for alleged mortgage fraud was illegal and lacked cause. And the Supreme Court is promising an expedited review of cases questioning the legality of President Trump's sweeping tariffs on foreign countries. At issue, the International Emergency Economic Powers act that the president says justifies his enactment of the tariffs. America is listening to FOX News.

Fox's Matt Finn, the man accused of savagely stabbing to death 23 year old Irina Zyritska on that light rail train, faces the possibility of the death penalty. The alleged killer, Decarlos Brown, was previously arrested at least 14 times and has an extensive violent criminal history. The U.S. attorney in the district where the killing happened announced a federal homicide case was opened because the killing happened on public transit. And the killing of Zarudska is being investigated as a possible civil rights violation if facts show it was racially motivated. President Trump blamed Democratic policies for Zaruska's death and promised his administration is going to fix it.
