Meantime, new details are emerging about Kirk's alleged killer, Tyler Robinson. He's being held at the Utah County Jail under special watch pending mental health evaluation. Investigators say they are running into some roadblocks as they search for a motive. Robinson is not cooperating, but his roommate and parents are. Investigators are also looking into reports of a note that may have been left behind.
