Arraignment on tap for a suspected assassin. I'm Sue Guzman. FOX News. An alleged killer of Charlie Kirk is due in state court in Utah Tuesday to be officially charged with capital murder. Fox's Jeff Manasso with the details.

Tyler Robinson expected to be charged today on state charges in Utah county in Spanish Fork in Charlie Kirk's assassination with FBI Director Cash Patel telling Fox News a positive match of DNA was found on evidence the killer left behind and that Robinson's family is talking.

An appeals court has ruled Lisa Cook can remain the Federal Reserve governor for now, rebuffing President Trump's efforts to remove her just ahead of a key vote on interest rates. The Trump administration expected to quickly turn to the Supreme Court in a last ditch bid to unsee Cook before the Fed meets. Trump says Cook was fired for cause since she's under investigation for alleged mortgage fraud. Meantime, the Senate has approved White House economist Stephen Myron to serve on the Federal Reserve Board.
