Missing and possibly dead. I'm Daria Albinger, FOX News. At least 18 people are still unaccounted for after an explosion Friday at a munitions plant in Bucksnort, Tennessee. That's about an hour west of Nashville. Authorities say at this point it is not likely that some of them survived the blast. That plant now nothing but smoldering rubble.

People reportedly felt this explosion from miles away. And this all happened around 7:45 at Accurate Energix Systems in Tennessee, about 50, 60 miles outside of Nashville. And it develops and manufactures some explosives for military purposes, but also for things like demolitions and aerospace. So the destroyed building was likely filled with explosives.

The deportation case for Kilmar Abrego Garcia continues lawyers for the man who had been living in Maryland speaking out after an evidentiary hearing. Here's Fox's Kristin Goodwin.

A federal judge says she'll issue an order as soon as possible, weighing arguments from Kilmar Abrego Garcia's lawyers that the Justice Department is illegally punishing the Salvadorian national by pushing to send him to several African nations that won't take him instead of agreeing to his demand to be removed to Costa Rica to punish.
