We spoke to his attorney this morning. She says authorities are fishing. They questioned him multiple times but have not charged him. Lynette's family continues to speak out against him. Fox's Dana Marie McNichol family members say there was a history of domestic violence. proposal in the Ohio House would require social media companies to display warning labels every time users access platforms deemed addictive. With a focus of the bill on design features of social media like algorithm driven feeds, autoplay videos and infinite scroll. Under House Bill 808, companies operating such platforms would be prohibited from making them available to Ohio users. Unless a state designed warning label is displayed, enforcement authority would fall to the Ohio attorney general, who could seek hefty fines. Jeff Manasso, Fox News.

The FBI raiding the Texas home of a 20 year old man accused of throwing a Molotov cocktail at the home of OpenAI founder Sam Altman. Fox's Brooke Taylor in Spring, Texas. The sources tell me that there was this manifesto. It was a document and it basically expressed his hatred for AI, how he wanted to kill the CEO of Open Air, reportedly including a list of other tech executives and investors. No one was hurt in Friday's incident. The same suspect accused of threatening OpenAI AI headquarters. Two others arrested after shots were fired at Altman's home two days later. A new Gallup poll finds Americans are experimenting more with artificial intelligence, with three in 10 workers using it as much as daily, with about two thirds calling the impact somewhat or extremely positive in aiding organization or efficiency.

Among those who choose not to use the technology on a regular basis, nearly half, 46%, say they prefer to do their work without AI. Around 40% avoid using artificial intelligence because they say they're ethically against it. Polling also finds many are becoming more concerned about data privacy and that I may eventually force them out of a job.
