The president suggesting again that a deal may be within reach as Iran reviews a multi point proposal from the U.S. the White House has not confirmed what's in it. President Trump reiterating a warning that if there's no deal, the US Will go back to bombing Iran. In the meantime, he has suspended Project Freedom effort to help guide stranded commercial ships through the Strait of Hormuz. But a US Blockade of Iranian ports continues. And we're just getting word the US Military fired on an Iranian flagged oil tanker in the Gulf of Oman saying it tried to breach the blockade. Also just getting word Israeli forces have hit Beirut suburbs for the first time since a ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon targeting an Iran backed Hezbollah commander. The president was speaking at the start of a White House event honoring military moms.

A man accused of opening fire on Secret Service agents earlier this week in Washington is now charged.

Federal prosecutors charging 45 year old Michael Marks of Midland te with three felonies including assault and unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon after Secret Service say they spotted Marks carrying a weapon near the White House Monday around the time that Vice President J.D. vance was departing the property that when agents confronted Marks, he opened fire, hitting an innocent teen bystander. Marks was shot by return fire. He's recovering in custody. Investigators say they also recovered a handgun.

We know Reichstadter spent five days and nights on top of the Frederick Douglass Memorial bridge in Washington, D.C. protesting the military action in Iran and the development of artificial intelligence. He says he ran out of water Sunday. Reichstadter spent a little more than 24 hours on the same bridge when the supreme court overturned Roe versus Wade in 2022. Was arrested twice last year over AI protests in California. That's where he lives. A former jeweler, he tells Fox News Digital he quit his job to protest because he's worried about the future of his two teenage children and the future of humanity. The bridge goes over the Anacostia river in D.C. police initially closed it to traffic, then reopened it to all the pedestrian lane directly under Reichstadter. Chris Foster, FOX News.
