Assistant U.S. attorney General Colin McDonald among the top federal officials announcing charges against 15 people in fraud schemes they say cheated taxpayers and left citizens without needed services while ballooning the cost of programs, including some that were shut down. Hundreds of providers are now being revalidated. Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz says half may no longer be able to provide services.

after months of internal pressure, the Democratic National Committee releases a report on what went wrong for the party in the 2024 election.

DNC Chairman Ken Martin promised to release the autopsy as it's called of the 2024 campaign when he received it last year. He claimed in a statement it wasn't ready and said he'd shelve the report so past results could not create a distraction. Martin said that actually created a bigger distraction and and apologized. The report suggests Democrats should put a larger emphasis on voters in middle America and the south who feel they are not part of Democrats vision for a stronger America. Also, the report said state parties need more support and training and pointed out an inability and unwillingness to listen to every voter. Grinal Scott, FOX News the DNC chair

In Falkville, Alabama, the small town voters ending their 140-year-old ban on alcohol by just one vote, 116 to 115 in favor of alcohol sales. And the owner of the Mr. Quick store says this changes everything. Courtney Hargrove and her dad have run the gas station since 1983. Now they're all set to add a liquor store building a whole new building for the alcohol sales out of respect for the 115 townspeople who voted against it. So it's a separate business. Mayor Ken Winkle says the Sad part is 800 people are on the voter rolls, but only 231 voted.
