Russian President Vladimir Putin rejected a proposal by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for a face to face negotiation, saying he sees, quote, no point in it. The refusal follows an open, open letter to Putin that Zelensky published on Thursday, offering to resume peace talks while also taunting Putin over things like inflation and Russia's dependence on China and saying, quote, After 26 years in power, age is beginning to take its toll. The daughter of a woman who was murdered on a train in Atlanta is speaking out as the Federal probe of the city's public transit System begins.

Shanae Sam's mother, 66 year old Margaret Swan, was stabbed to death on a MARTA train at the Oakland City station in Atlanta days after a man was stabbed and injured. She told Fox 5 Atlanta her thoughts about Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy ordering an investigation.
