Nearly one month after a Pennsylvania college student was killed, an additional reward is being offered.

Police believe two 16 year old boys, Kasim Smith and Azubayer Fleming, shot and killed Billy Schmidt, a Penn State student, during an armed robbery attempt on last month. U.S. marshals are now offering a $5,000 reward to find them. According to police, Schmidt was close to his home in Philadelphia. Neighbors surveillance cameras show an argument start after the teens took Schmidt's phone. He was trying to get it back just before shots were fired. The marshal's reward offer is on top of the City of Philadelphia's $20,000 reward for information leading to the suspects grotesque. Fox News.
