The Guadalupe river are starting to recede and the frantic search for survivors is still on. There are 23 girls who are attending that camp, Mystic Christian, all girls summer camp. Now they have been finding some victims. They're going through the very tedious, painful and sad process of identifying the victims. On Thursday afternoon by some accounts of Guadalupe river rose some 26ft in 45 minutes. Governor Greg Abbott signed yesterday the emergency declaration. Local crews say they have so many resources at this point, they don't need any more manpower searching for the victims.

Sometime late tonight, but more than likely sometime Sunday morning, maybe before sunrise, maybe just after sunrise. It's a broad center at this point. It's moving north at 2, but it's expected to move more north and northeast and pick up some forward speed. This is not going to rapidly intensify. It's not expected to between shear and dry air. We don't expect it to become any more than a tropical storm. The official forecast is it for to increase to 45 miles an hour.
