The judge locks down evidence on Lisa Brady. Fox News on the fifth and final day of a preliminary hearing for Charlie Kirk's accused assassin, the judge says no exhibits will be shown to the media.

Defense attorneys for Tyler Robinson said the pool camera in the courtroom captured an exhibit, airing it for two seconds despite an order that the camera was not to capture that kind of footage. Robinson's attorneys argued that cameras should no longer be allowed to broadcast the hearing anymore. Judge Tony Graff said while airing the exhibit did violate his order, he would not end all broadcasting. However, effective immediately, members of the media

Prosecutors then asked for the judge to determine the evidence against Tyler Robinson was overwhelming, end the preliminary hearing and order a trial. But the judge allowed the defense attorneys to continue calling witnesses.
