He spoke about Camp mystic, the Christian all girls camp near the river where 27 campers and counselors died. Some of the victims as young as eight years old, capturing the hearts of just so many across the country.

The judges Paige's order temporarily blocks arrest without, quote, reasonable suspicion that the person is in the country illegally, saying officers were unconstitutionally relying on improper factors like race, accent and line of work. She also agreed detainees were denied adequate access to lawyers.
