Democrat led states are urging the Trump administration to abandon its plan to rescind the longstanding finding that greenhouse gas emissions endanger human health, a change that would remove the legal foundation for US Regulation of greenhouse gases. Sarah Grace Patrick is accused of killing her mother, Kristen Brock, and her stepfather, James Brock. They were found shot to death in Carroll County February 20th. Patrick is the one who called police. She wasn't arrested until July. Police didn't detail any evidence against her, but said her digital footprint led to her arrest. While there were no signs of forced entry, a door had been left open to the house. Since her arrest. Her father, Danielle Patrick, has spoken out on her behalf, insisting she didn't commit the crimes and that no gun has been found. An account labeled Sarah Grace reached out to some TikTok influencers in an attempt to get the case attention. And in one instance, the account said someone murdered her parents, leaving them for her and her five year old sister to wake up to. Jessica Rosenthal, FOX NEWS as it turns.

Former CEO of the Modest Needs Foundation, Keith Taylor, pleading guilty to taking $2.5 million from the charity, which was meant to low income workers cover expenses like unexpected medical bills and broken appliances. Federal officials say he spent large chunks of the crowdfunded donations on himself, with hundreds of thousands going to pay for tabs at high end restaurants with tasting Menus starting at 400 bucks a head, his luxury high rise Manhattan apartment, electronic devices and his own medical bills. The 58 year old, who pled guilty to one count of wire fraud and eight counts of tax evasion, potentially faces decades in prison when he's sentenced in October.
