Federal prosecutors are issuing subpoenas as part of a probe in the mortgage applications made by Cook.

Some Democrats in Congress want answers about Ghislaine Maxwell's recent move to a different federal prison.

California Congressman Robert Garcia is demanding the the Department of Justice investigate why Ghislaine Maxwell, the former associate of the late disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, was relocated to a different prison after providing additional testimony claiming she had no knowledge of President Trump committing any crimes in association with Epstein, now known to have been a sex trafficker. Maxwell was transferred from a federal prison in Tallahassee to one near College Station, Texas, with less stringent security. In his five page letter to doj, Garcia accuses Maxwell of manufacturing her testimony. Eben Brown, FOX News.

Garcia is ranking member of the House Oversight Committee. The other Democrats on the panel also signing on to that letter. The man accused of killing four people at a bar in Montana last month is now ordered held without bond.

Michael Paul Brown pleads not guilty to four murder counts and three other charges, arson. Prosecutors say he tried to set the bar on fire before coming back with a gun, killing a bartender and three customers at Owl Barn and in a conda, Montana, where Brown lived next door and had been a customer for decades, according to the owner. Theft. A truck was stolen after the shooting and eluding police. The manhunt lasted a month. Bail had been set at $2 million. The judge in the case now orders Brown to be held without the possibility of bail because of his mental health issues and public safety concerns.
