The arrest happened after an intense two day manhunt where the FBI blasted out surveillance images showing the shooter on the campus of Utah Valley University moments before and after the crime. Authorities also say Robinson had a digital trail of discord messages that detailed how he hit the weapon and needed to retrieve it. Charlie Kirk's wife, Erica, speaking out and vowing that her husband's message will only grow.

State's charges expected to be formally filed by Tuesday. Tyler Robinson's first court appearance is expected by midweek. Erica Kirk, Charlie's widow, delivered a powerful trial tribute to him last night, vowing her husband's mission will continue.

Speaking publicly for the first time since his assassination Wednesday at Utah Valley University, Erica Kirk said, quote, no one will forget Charlie's name. His mission will only grow louder, stronger, bolder and pledged to continue spreading her husband's message.
She added, the movement my husband built will not die. It won't. I refuse to let that happen. They will not die.
She called out those responsible for her husband's death, saying, if you thought he was powerful before, you have no idea what you've unleashed. Turning Point's fall tour and America Fest will go on and Charlie Kirk's podcast will continue. Erica Kirk also shared memories of his love for family, faith and country, promising to carry his legacy forward.

Trial continues for the man accused of trying to assassinate then candidate Trump last year at his golf course in Florida. Fox's Jonathan Ceri reports.

FBI Special Agent Catherine Rose showed the jury several pieces of evidence, including the Chinese made rifle and a small action camera recovered from the alleged sniper nest on the perimeter of Trump International Golf Club in West Palm beach where then candidate Trump had been playing. Lt. William Gale of the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office bomb squad also investigated the site and says he noticed Vienna sausages on the ground, a food item seen in a selfie taken by the defendant, Ryan Ruth, acting as his own attorney. Ruth's cross examinations of witnesses have been brief to non existent, allowing the trial to move so quickly. Friday's session adjourned early in Fort Pierce, Florida. Committee has interviewed the former White House spokesperson about President Biden's mental state as its investigation, including into the presidential use of the auto pen, continues.

A person familiar with Karine Jean Pierre's testimony told Fox News she never noticed a change in President Biden's competency, that she never heard him stutter. That someone, though she does not know whom, put talking points in her binder calling videos of the president looking confused cheap fakes. Before the hearing, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer referenced new memos and emails that have come to light over the last week about the use of the auto pen.
