The other was in a text message to a separate individual. And the message in both of these was essentially saying, I have the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I am going to do it because I hate what he stands for. Investigators are trying to determine why those individuals didn't report the messages. Did they not take them seriously or did they intentionally keep it to themselves?

The former paratrooper is the only person ever taken to trial over the 1972 Bloody Sunday massacre in Derry. British soldiers shot 26 people during a protest march. Thirteen died that day. Another four months later. The man on trials identified only as Soldier Fit, concealed in court in Belfast, Northern Ireland, by a floor to ceiling curtain. He's pleaded not guilty to two counts of murder and five of attempted murder. The British government initially said soldiers opened fire at people who were trying to shoot and bomb them. A review in 2010 found that to be a lie. Prosecutors announced the charges against this soldier in 2019, saying there wasn't enough evidence to charge anyone else.
