A poll of nearly 1200 US voters conducted by the Associated Press Newark center for Public affairs finding 37% approve of President Trump's handling of the economy, down slightly from August when 43% approved. The economy, which was a strength for the president in his first term, now a weak issue for him among independents with only 2 in 10 approving of his handling. But 55% of those polled approve of how the president is handling border security. 46% on crime and 43% on immigration.

The French president after a meeting with Iran's president today saying a deal is still possible to to delay the snapback sanctions Iran is now facing for failing to comply with that agreement. This has Moscow and Tehran sign a deal for Russia to build small nuclear plants in Iran.

The Russian State Nuclear Corporation described it as a strategic project, while Iran's vice president said this week the plan was to construct eight nuclear power plants. Iran, which suffers from electricity shortages during high demand months, has only one operating nuclear power plant in the southern city of Busha. It was built by Russia. Russia condemned US And Israeli strikes on Iranian nuclear sites earlier this year that were aimed at preventing Tehran from acquiring a nuclear bomb.

Fox's CJ Papa Camp mystic in Texas, where 27 young campers and counselors were killed in July flooding, plans to reopen one of its undamaged campsites next summer. An email sent by the family of owner Dick Eastland, who also died trying to rescue campers.

But one mother whose eight year old is still missing says the truth is Camp mystic failed our daughters.
