Prosecutors describe what they have to present at trial as voluminous. Robinson has been in custody since September 12, two days after local and federal investigators say he fired the shot that killed Charlie Kirk at a Utah Valley University event.

Fox's Colonel Scott the next hearing is October 30, when Robinson is expected to appear in person. Police say everyone's now accounted for after yesterday's attack on a church in Grand Blank, Michigan, where a shooter opened fire and set the church on. FBI Special Agent in Charge Reuben Coleman says it's being investigated as a targeted act of violence.

Authorities say the suspect is 40 year old Nigel Edge. They say he identifies as a combat veteran injured in the line of duty with PTSD just being held without bond. He's facing several charges, including first degree murder. And the local DA Says more charges could be coming. The motive behind this shooting is unclear, but police say Edge is not a stranger to law enforcement.
