Illinois and Chicago are now also suing over an expected deployment there, arguing the president's policies are are causing chaos.

Police are searching for suspects after an apparent home invasion and kidnapping in Philadelphia.

The Friday night incident began with a family returning home to find armed men in their house. According to Philadelphia Deputy Police Commissioner for Investigations Frank Venore. The family was restrained, but only one man appeared to be targeted. These males, they, they waited at the house. This individual get home, he was visiting a friend. So it's obvious they they knew he was coming home and they waited there. At another location, a second victim was taken. Cops say both were beaten and robbed and then abandoned in South Philadelphia. The thieves were masked, so there is no description. Police are asking for the public's help to find them.

The tornado In Enderland, Nebrask 20th is upgraded by the National Weather Service to an EF5, the most intense there is on the Enhanced Fujita scale and the first one to hit the US in 12 years. Three people died. Newly released damage analysis estimates the tornado's winds at more than 210 miles an hour as it passed over train tracks, tipping over cars fully loaded with grain, throwing an empty tanker more than 475ft away. A farmstead was swept clean to the foundation. There were trees ripped out of the ground by the roots, one they couldn't even find where it came from. The last EFI reported in the US was in Moore, Oklahoma, in May 2013. This one in Nebraska is the 60th since 1950. Chris Foster, Fox News.
