A suspected illegal immigrant is now indicted, accused of killing a woman who went missing in August.

Hugo Hernandez Mendez, on this indictment is charged with murder, tampering with physical evidence and disposing a body in an unauthorized place. He's accused of killing Dakara Thompson, who was last seen at a Hyattsville, Maryland, gas station in late August. She was seen on surveillance video getting into an SUV that was linked to a Bowie, Maryland address. A search of that home where Hernandez Mendez lives found evidence that Thompson was there. Her body was eventually found near a bridge in Bowie. ICE officials say Hernandez Mendez is undocumented and from Guatemala he's being held without bond. Gernall Scott, Fox News the three top.
