A catastrophic storm on. Lisa Brady, FOX News. The National Hurricane center just out with the latest advisory on Category 5 Hurricane Melissa, which is still moving very slowly as it bears down on Jamaica. Top sustained winds now 175 miles per hour.

The Meteorological Service of Jamaica is warning of as much as 30 inches of rain across eastern and some south central parts of the island with storm surges as high as 13ft. The meteorological service director, Evan Thompson warned people to get to higher ground if they live in lower lying areas.

If you think that you are free from that, think again because the heavy rains will also affect you. The strong winds reaching tropical storm force could still continue to affect you as we go through the day on Tuesday. That's all the way through tomorrow.
