Al Bakush is charged with murder, terror and arson in connection with the 2012 attack on the US consulate in Benghazi, Libya. If convicted, he could face the death penalty or life in prison and a hefty fine. That 13 hour attack killed four Americans, including US Ambassador Chris Stevens. Kash Patel says Al Bakush was arrested overseas but did not reveal the precise location.

The station explains it appears the sender used the same type of secure server to hide the IP address as the sender of the initial alleged ransom note it received. The Winter Olympics now underway in Italy following Friday's opening ceremony in Milan. Vice President Vance among the attendees. We love Italy, we love the Italian people and as you said, we have a lot of great relationships. We have a lot of great economic connections and partnerships. And I think it's you guys have done an amazing job at the Olympic Games. The U.S. has 232 athletes participating in the Games. Security is tight in Santa Clara, California as tens of thousands of fans pour in ahead of Sunday's super bowl, the New England Patriots taking on the Seattle Seahawks. Many fans are placing wagers with the odds favoring Seattle. Fox Businesses Max Gordon reports the prediction.

Markets seem to be favoring the Seahawks this time around. Both Kalshee and Polymarket putting the odds of a Seahawks win at about 69%. Meanwhile, you can bet on tight security both here at Levi's Stadium and at the fan events throughout the Bay Area. Now we actually got the opportunity to go up in the air with Customs and Border Protection which will be patrolling the airspace during the game. They'll be looking for threats with the help of special camera equipment on board their helicopters. The CBP Air and Maritime Operations pilot we talked to had to remain nameless due to doxing concerns amid the nationwide immigration crackdown. She said they're anticipating protests this Super Bowl Sunday. Federal officials say that the security at this year's super bowl will be similar to years past and haven't highlighted any specific threats to the game.
