Including a child after the UPS cargo plane crashed and burst into flames shortly after taking off from Louisville International Airport Tuesday evening, where UPS runs its largest package delivery hub. Authorities say the plane's left wing caught on fire and an engine fell off before it crashed and exploded. The plane was traveling to Hawaii at the time. Federal authorities found the plane's black boxes. They will be analyzed as part of the investigation. Multiple people were injured and several are still unaccounted for from the explosion engulfed the plane and spread to several businesses.

UPS says it has contingency plans in place. Experts in the impact of the crash on supply chain should be resolved before the holiday season. And a federal judge orders that improvements must be made at a Chicago area immigration facility after detainees sued over what they called inhumane conditions. The judge called the conditions of the facility unnecessarily cruel and requested a status report by Friday. America's listening to FOX News.

Maine is now the 22nd state to pass a red flag gun law. Voters overwhelmingly passed question two, with supporters citing the Lewiston mass shooting as a major reason to pass it. The law allows family members or officers to petition the court for an extreme risk protection order to seize guns or stop the purchase of a gun from someone suspected of posing a significant danger to themselves or others. Maine voters passed the law approximately two years of after the deadliest mass shooting in state history. In Lewiston, 18 people were killed when a gunman opened fire in a bowling alley and restaurant and two additional arrests from New Jersey have been announced in connection to the alleged conspiracy of a Halloween terror attack. In Detroit, the acting U.S. attorney for the District of New Jersey, Alina Haba, sharing details on communications between those two defendants.

They discussed detailed travel plans, physical training, weapons including firearms and IEDs and methods to avoid law enforcement detection. According to the complaint, they pledged themselves to ISIS and were plotting acts of terrorism in our country.
