Prosecutors say Maduro used narco terrorist, violent cartels and military grade weapons to protect the entire operation. Maduro is charged alongside his wife, his son and three others in a 25 page indictment. Prosecutors laid out how Maduro used drug smuggling scheme to line the pockets of his family and top associates.

At least 30 villagers have been killed, several others missing after gunmen raided a village in northern Nigeria's Niger state. The gunmen stormed the village in the Borgu local government area on Saturday night and opened fire on those residents. A Kentucky woman has been charged with H after police say she used abortion pills and buried the fetus in her backyard.

35 year old Melinda Spencer was arrested after going to a health care clinic and telling staff members she used medication bought online to end her pregnancy which is illegal in the state of Kentucky. Police say Spencer admitted to taking the pills on December 26 and burying the fetus, described as a developed male infant, two days later in a Christmas wrapped light bulb box in her backyard. Spencer later confessed she ordered the pregnancy, ending drugs after getting pregnant following an affair.

Angelo Bavaro, FOX News national security advisers from Europe and other allied countries meeting in Kyiv Saturday as a U S. Led diplomatic push to end the war in Ukraine intensifies. President Volodymyr Zelensky saying Ukraine has now shared all proposed documents, including plans for security guarantees, with advisors from 18 different countries. Zelensky saying work will now move quickly to allied capitals, including those in Japan, Canada and around Europe. Ukrainian military officials are set to meet tomorrow Monday in Paris, followed by talks among European leaders set to take place on Tuesday. A deadly drug resistant fungus spreading rapidly through US Hospitals and healthcare facilities. The CDC calling the candida auris an urgent threat with about 7,000 cases ID nationwide last year and infections reported in at least 60 different countries. Doctors say the fungus survives on skin and medical equipment. It resists this, at least at this point, multiple drugs and is often misdiagnosed and that delays treatment. I'm Paul Stevens.
