Clip that's on a cell phone camera from the agent who ICE says was hit by a car by a woman who they say is an activist who was trained to stop ICE operations.

Fox's Alexis McAdams in Minneapolis. In the clip, the driver and her wife appear to be taunting the agent and the wife is out of the car and filming the agent who ultimately tells the driver to to get out of the car before the agent appears to be hit. Seconds later, get out of the car.

There were those ICE agents on the ground. You hear one of them saying to get out of the car, get the f out of the car. They try to put their hand on the car. She puts it in reverse a little bit, backs up, then shifts it into drive according to the feds, goes forward and you can hear a crash. And that's what including J.D. vance, the Vice President of the United States and DHS is saying look, we told you this is what happened. This agent was hit and he was injured. He was hospitalized.

Several arrests made during protests last night outside an ICE facility in Portland.
