Miramar Martinez was shot and injured in October here in Chicago by a Border Patrol agent after investigators say Martinez chased federal agents and rammed them with her car. Charges against her later dropped. And now a federal judge ruling that body cam video of the shooting can be made public along with text messages between federal officers. But we've also learned that the agent who shot Martinez did not have his camera on at the time of the alleged vehicle ramming and subsequent shooting.

A man arrested overseas and flown to the US Overnight just appearing in federal court. Zubar Al Bakush charged in the deaths of four Americans, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens during the 2012 attack on a diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya.

According to the indictment unsealed just hours ago, he and others armed to the teeth with weapons entered the complex set it on fire. Others are already faced justice, but this is the first time authorities have Al Bakush on American soil to face charges.

Fox's David Spunt Al Bakush telling a magistrate judge he has complete trust in the court and jury and confidence for justice. The 58 year old could face life in prison or the death penalty if convicted. A detention hearing is tentatively set for next week, but could change because he's expected to get a different attorney. Accused killed counselor Luigi Mangione now faces a state trial in New York on June 8, telling the judge as the date was being set today it amounts to double jeopardy with a federal trial set for September 8th. He's accused of gunning down health care executive Brian Thompson more than a year ago in New York City. Emmy award winning actor and director Timothy Busfield indicted in New Mexico on four counts of criminal sexual contact with a child.

The 68 year old accused of inappropriately touching two boys while directing a series in Albuquerque between 2022 and 20. He has denied the claims. A lawyer for Busfield saying in a statement this prosecution appears driven by something other than the facts or the law, adding, Mr. Busfield will fight these charges at every stage and looks forward to testing the state's case in open court where evidence matters, not behind closed doors.
