A red card reversal stands. Alisa Brady, FOX News Soccer's world governing body FIFA, says Belgium's appeal of the reversal is ruled inadmissible because they weren't involved in the initial call last week during a game with Bosnia. So a star US Player Flo Balogun, will be eligible for tonight's game against Belgium. This as President Trump faces questions about his phone call to the FIFA president asking for the red card to be reviewed.

But insisting he only requested a review and that it was FIFA's decision, the FIFA president says independent judicial bodies make these decisions. Belgium's soccer Federation telling the U.S. federation it will contest Baligan's eligibility if he's listed for play tonight. A police officer is the first witness called by prosecutors at a hearing on probable cause to send Charlie Kirk, accused assassin, to trial in Utah.

Officer Chris Bagley testified after Charlie Kirk was killed at Utah Valley University, he believed he heard gunfire from a rifle and this prompted him to investigate the top of a campus building in the direct line of sight called the Losee Center. He said he saw disturbed gravel where it appeared someone had been lying down on the roof.

I asked dispatch to get on the camera system and to see if anybody was on top of the losing building during the time of the incident. Dispatch came back and advised me that there was a male individual on top of the roof that was there at the time of the shooting.

In their efforts this week to convince the judge to move forward with trial for Tyler Robinson, the prosecution plans to play video of a police interview with Robinson's romantic partner, Fox's Jessica Rosenthal.

In college sports, a proposition or prop bet is when someone places a wager on a specific player, but that bet isn't tied to the final score of the game.
