President Trump still urging Senate Republicans to end the filibuster rule so a simple majority could do it. This as the shutdown ripple effects get worse at major airports where the FA ordered flight reductions to ease the pressure on air traffic control staffing today, tomorrow.

And Sunday, the agency is requiring the airlines to cut 4% of their schedule at 40 of the country's largest airports and that number will gradually ramp up to 10% by the end of next week.

The airlines are refunding passengers who don't want to travel. If they want to cancel their flight, they can and they'll get a full refund even if they're not impacted by these cancellations. They're reassuring customers that the vast majority of them won't be affected by the cancellations. But the problem is the delays are still happening as well as the cancellations. So it adds a new wrinkle to.
